| Our Rental Fees and
Commissions |
|
| |
|
Association Membership
is 20% of all rental fees generated by his/her motorhome
for the first year whether or not the rentals are by the
association or by other advertising. In year 2 the fee will
then be reduced to 15% for all rentals obtained. After the
member has been with the association for 3 years, commissions
drop to 10%. There is a maximum amount for the year and then
all referrals are free.
Note: A new member may elect to
pay $500 when they join and pay 15% of all rentals
until after year 3 when it will drop to 10%.
